Developed a construction sales management system that allows centralised management of everything from quotations to invoices.
Previously, quotations, documents and invoices were managed by individual employees, which meant that they could not be grasped by the company as a whole.
By centralising them in a construction sales management system, the aim was to create uniformity and improve operational efficiency.

Troubleshooting
- Each person prepares their own quotations, which results in individual differences in the range of profits, which are not checked by management.

- Data is on a local server in the office, making it impossible to process paperwork when away from the office.

- Unit costs were calculated at different rates.
Solution Centralise and streamline operations with a construction sales management system.
The system enables centralised management of quotations, construction information, costs, gross profit and invoices on the internet, which had previously been managed individually on local servers.
Cost information on quotations and sales status can now be managed, and meeting documents can be output with a single click.
In addition, work can now be carried out from anywhere with an internet connection, enabling work to be carried out even when out of the office.
Sales can be registered when sales are confirmed, which has also eliminated billing omissions.
